Boston’s Prism Awards

We are so honored to be recognized by Boston’s Prism Awards for Best Design Studio. The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB), a trade Association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Massachusetts, is a prestigious and longstanding association in our industry. The annual prism awards recognize the top projects from builders, developers, architects, remodelers, and interior designers in the home building industry. We are incredibly humbled to receive such a superior award.

This specific project is located in Westborough, MA. We combined our keen artistic eye with Toll Brothers expertise to create a beautiful Design Studio. After you tour a model home Toll works with you to help make your vision become a reality. This is an immersive experience where you see touch and feel everything that will be in your new home. Toll’s well-trained consultants are available around the clock to provide a memorable and enjoyable design experience.

We created a warm and inviting environment where home buyers can come feel, touch, and see exactly what they are personalizing their home with. We used weathered ash, walnut, and Turkish skyline wood throughout the studio on various applications. Throughout the Design Studio, we created dynamic vignettes featuring trend-forward product and an opportunity for thehome buyers to experience the materials in a sensorial fashion. Throughout the studio we orchestrated different contemporary art to help heighten the aesthetic and feel of the space.

Every Toll Brothers Design Studio has a unique application that offers a decorative visual while obtaining acoustic values. We came up with the ceiling design to create movement and visual interest. The vertical panels are designed to reduce reverberation time and absorb sound in this large open space. The custom reception desk creates high impact statement for the home buyers first step on their customization journey. We incorporated a mix of wood tones and quartz to create this piece. The intent behind the design is that it is visible, welcoming and easily accessible to greet buyers entering the showroom.’

This studio showcased the latest trends in bathroom and kitchen and helped skyrocket sales in the area.  We are constantly elated to receive recognition for our hard work. We design spaces because it’s what we love to do, and it means so much to us that other people appreciate our work too. Hard work pays off!
